LUCENA CITY – Newly recruited drug pushers are now creeping into action in Lucena City and police arrested a suspected neophyte drug peddler in a buy-bust operation early WednesdaySupt. “He is a newly recruited drug pusher,” Brual said in a phone interview. ADVERTISEMENTPolice operatives revealed that the renewed police operation against drug suspects has been focusing on the new group of drug pushers. “They replaced the network of drug pushers that have already surrendered to the government,” said one intelligence officer who requested anonymity. He said most neophyte drug peddlers in the street “were after the easy money and free shabu.”“They have yet to realize that they were only being used by the syndicate,” he said.
