Roma are reportedly interested in signing Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa as the Italian side look to add to their striking options. The player they may look to bring in is former Chelsea marksman Costa, with sporting director Gianluca Petrachi keen for a striker of the Spanish international's personality, according to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo. Costa was also reported as a target last summer, but they opted for a loan move for Atletico team-mate Kalinic instead. Despite a poor season by his standards, Costa has an impressive scoring record at both Atletico and Chelsea with 78 and 58 goals scored for the respective clubs. The striker's goals have helped deliver the LaLiga title in 2013-14 for Atletico and two Premier League titles in 2014-15 and 2016-17 for Chelsea.
