Mike Peffers Beth Houlbrooke is number two on the ACT Party list and is running as a list only candidate in the Rodney electorate for the party vote. Beth Houlbrooke is the deputy leader of the ACT party. ACT will ensure infrastructure is properly funded by returning 50% of the GST on construction (a $16bn p.a. ACT will slash red tape and regulation, and ensure any new legislation does not have over-reach and unintended consequences.
