Picture by Suman Patna/Gaya, May 16: Road rage-murder accused Rocky Yadav's cousin Teni Yadav denied before a local court today that he was in the Land Rover when 19-year-old Aditya Sachdeva was shot dead on May 7. According to the police investigation, Rocky shot dead Aditya with his licensed Beretta pistol, which was later recovered when he was arrested from Mastpur village in Gaya. The FIR lodged by Aditya's elder brother Akash Sachdeva mentions that Rocky, Teni and the bodyguard of Rocky's mother Manorama Devi were travelling in the Land Rover. Teni Yadav in Gaya civil court on Monday. The police have registered an FIR against her for illegal possession of liquor and charged her under the amended excise act.
