Rocket Lab launch postponed due to power faultREUTERS Rocket Lab, a Silicon Valley-funded space launch company, launches the maiden flight of its battery-powered, 3-D printed rocket from Mahia Peninsula. Rocket Lab would not attempt a launch on Saturday while teams fixed the fault, spokeswoman Morgan Bailey said. Bailey said Rocket Lab could seek an extension to the launch window if conditions on Sunday weren't suitable. Rocket Lab was forced to delay its planned launch on Thursday because of strong winds high in the atmosphere. Bailey indicated on Thursday that Rocket Lab could relax the "conservative requirements" it had put in place for the test launch, once it started its commercial launch schedule.
