After enjoying some time off for Christmas, the Toronto Rock return to action in Rochester on Saturday. The Rock (1-1) face the new Rochester Knighthawks at Blue Cross Arena (7 p.m.) coming off a 13-6 win against the San Diego Seals on Dec. 14. “We were a little more committed to get to the net,” Rock head coach Matt Sawyer said. Next up is the Knighthawks franchise that replaced the team that is now based in Halifax. Dan Lintner, selected from the Rock in the NLL Expansion Draft, currently leads the team with three points while Phil Caputo has two.
