Robredo’s lead lawyer, Romulo Macalintal, made the stance in response to Marcos’ repeated accusations that the Vice President was resorting to delaying tactics. The PET ruled that the merit of his protest against Robredo will rest on the results of this recount. But Marcos lawyer, Vic Rodriguez, said there were no official findings yet from the PET on the results of the ballot recount and revision.
