Crisis-hit Jet Airways today informed stock exchanges that Etihad Airways' nominee director Robin Kamark has resigned as director the grounded airline. The resignation is with effect from yesterday. "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Robin Kamark (DIN: 08140583) nominee director of Etihad Airways PJSC, resigned as director of the Company with effect from 16 May 2019," Jet Airways said in a BSE filing. Kamark's resignation comes days after Jet's CEO Vinay Dube and CFO Amit Agarwal, put in their papers.
