QUETTA: Four policemen were injured in a roadside blast in Quetta’s Mian Ghundi area on Monday. “The blast took place near a police vehicle. As a result of the blast, a police vehicle has also been destroyed,” police sources said. Rescue teams and security forces cordoned off the site of the incident while the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital. Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan while condemning the incident said that “cowardly acts by terrorists could not undermine the resolve of security forces”.
