Bhubaneswar, Feb. 21: Whatever be your mode of transport, the smart city authorities want to make your journey as comfortable as possible on the city's roads. Under the complete street project, Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) has come up with guidelines to revamp the city streets with the aim to provide equal scope to different kinds of commuters. Our consultant had studied various stretches of the city and come up with the guidelines based on requirements," said a senior BSCL official. The project will be implemented on other major roads such as Bidyut Marg and Sachivalaya Marg in the later phases," said Jena. "Bhubaneswar does have good and wide roads but most of them remained under-utilised due to lack of awareness and other provisions on the stretches.
