King Street and Victoria Avenue are partially reopened, with police directing traffic, following a multi-vehicle collision this morning. The incident, which happened in the area of King Street East and Victoria Avenue North resulted in the roads being closed for an investigation and clean-up for most of the morning. The traffic signals are still out of commission. For now King at Emerald Street and Victoria at Main Street have reduced lanes and officers are directing traffic as the investigation continues. Police say the first reports of this incident came in just before 9:00 a.m.
