more-inIn a road rage case in which three judges and a driver of the Saket courts were injured in 2012, a Delhi court has sentenced three accused persons to 10 years imprisonment each. The three judges — Ajay Garg, Inderjeet Singh and M. K. Nagpal — were car-pooling back home when the accused persons — Anil Raj, Rohit, Prashant Kumar and Sunil Raj — attacked them following a quarrel after the accused’s motorcycle hit their car. The accused had initially calmed down after the driver and three judges counselled them. There were four accused persons in the case but Sunil Raj was declared a proclaimed offender. “Nowadays, safety and security of judges and other public servants is a matter of grave concern.
