In Chapainawabganj, two motorcycle passengers died on the Sonamasjid Chapainawabganj highway, after losing control due to hard braking. In Jhenaidah, a man died after being run over by a microbus on the Hat Gopalpur College road. Fire service Sub-Station Abdur Rouf confirmed the news of the accident and identified the deceased as Shahin Hossain, 46. In Jessore, two women died in two separate accidents and a man injured in the Hashimpur and Rajarhat area of the city.
