The commissioner of railway safety today invited people to be part of the inquiry into the derailment of the Utkal Express. The invitation to the public was issued by Commissioner of Railway Safety Shailesh Kumar Pathak. People have been asked to send information in writing to the commissioner's office in Delhi. In the clip it sounds like a conversation between a railway worker and a media person. People have been earlier also asked to provide information in case of accidents by the commissioner.
