Report coming from River Cess County in the south-central party of Liberia and featured on state radio, ELBC, says a Senator of that County has taken the County Superintendent to the Magisterial Court in the County for encroaching on his property which he said is intended for his legislative project. Senator Francis Paye, according to the report sued the County Superintendent, Daniel Lewis for his alleged involvement in encroaching on his parcel of land which he further noted was purchased by him and set aside for the construction of a local high school in the County. The case: Senator Vs Superintendent is expected to be heard today, March 9, 2017 by the County Magisterial Court in Cesstos City.
