From the time he joined Twitter, Rishi Kapoor has been all over the place. Looks like, Rishi Kapoor is least bothered as going by his latest tweet, it doesn’t reflect he is sorry. People love him for his comical tweets but there is a fine line between being funny and downright offensive which many think Rishi Kapoor just crossed with this tweet on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton, as you must be aware, is the presidential nominee for US Elections due in November 2016 and she is running against Republican nominee Donald Trump. Rishi Kapoor tweeted a meme which was apparently shared with him by Abhishek Bachchan.
