Portland police again declared a riot Friday night after protesters smashed windows of downtown businesses and lit fires during a demonstration. Police also shot a man in Lents Park in southeast Portland on Friday morning. Deputy Police Chief Chris Davis told reporters that officers used a gun and weapons that fire "non-lethal projectiles."
