Right to privacy: Supreme Court's frame of reference

There was no way I could stop it or say no.An individual’s right to privacy is absolute unless it hurts or affects other person’s freedom. Does that impinge on one’s right? Every person and every group has complete freedom until it affects another person’s freedom.Again, you may have freedom of speech and right to silence. As the saying goes: one’s freedom ends where another person’s nose begins. The government will now be forced to protect the data secured from its citizens. At the same time, enforcing right to privacy is a thin balancing act.
