After trying and failing to make an appointment on Monday for our son, my partner and I must have tried (and failed) 100 times between us to get through to the doctor on Tuesday. In a modern world, is it really acceptable to have such a shambolic system in place? Since Covid, we seem to have slipped into a world where people feel that this sub-standard service is somehow acceptable. It is appalling and it is an embarrassment to see the country’s health service running like this. I would be interested to hear what the town’s MPs are doing to tackle these problems.
