Richard Masters has confirmed that the Premier League are 'contemplating' making changes to the top-flight's profit and sustainability regulations. Newcastle United have been working to both sets of rules, but senior figures behind the scenes believe it would make sense for the Premier League to match up. Masters, who faced the culture, media and sport committee in Westminster on Tuesday, recognised that the rules provide an 'advantage to non-European clubs at the moment'.
