Rice didn't beat Baylor on the football field when the two Texas schools met Friday night. But that didn't stop the school's marching band from having a little fun at their rival's expense during halftime. The Marching Owl Band mocked Baylor for the multiple sexual assault allegations that rocked the program earlier this year. At that point, the band formed the Roman numeral IX, a reference to the federal law Baylor is accused of violating in the sexual assault scandal. Holy crap Rice's halftime show is just the Rice band making fun of Baylor for the program's sexual assault scandal.
