The Big Big Channel business, comprising Big Big Shop, social media, events management and music entertainment of TVB, earned HK$31 million for the six months ended June 2020. “We work on organic growth by optimizing existing resources to build up a new business at a small cost.”Li says Big Big Shop adopts the smart logistics strategy to cut costs. For instance, Big Big Shop has established an official shop in Taobao and WeChat for mainland China entry.
