Harris's Plan: Based on her quote from the Medium article, it appears Harris embraces Sanders' plan for capital gains and qualified dividends. Harris appears to align with Sanders plan for the estate tax, which is among the more extreme proposals emerging from this campaign season. More specifically, death would become a realization even, meaning the deceased would pay tax on the appreciation at the time of death.
