An 82-year-old woman died after she was struck by a Revel moped in New York City on Sept. 29, police said Wednesday. Her death was the fourth known Revel-related fatality in the city this year, and it is the first since the moped company resumed operations after temporarily shutting down for a month over the summer to strengthen its safety measures for riders.
