Reuben Foster's injury on Day 1 of OTAs 'very concerning,' says Jay Gruden

New Washington LB Reuben Foster suffered a "very concerning" left leg injury moments into the team’s first OTA session Monday that led to him being carted off the field in tears. Foster, the ex-San Francisco 49ers first-rounder who was released last fall and claimed off waivers by Washington, was undergoing an MRI on the injury, which he suffered when he stepped on OL Tyler Catalina’s foot, coach Jay Gruden confirmed. We’ll have to wait and see before I get too emotional about it,” Gruden said. “I don’t know how to process it, really,” Gruden said of Foster’s injury. It was Foster’s third arrest in less than 18 months since being selected 31st overall in the 2017 draft.
