Monday afternoon, the Anti-Corruption Commission’s enforcement team seized the SUV from Motijheel. According to ACC Director General Munir Chowdhury, the SUV was allocated to PDB years ago. He said: “Alauddin retired in 2017. Over the past 10 years, the SUV has run up a bill of Tk35 lakh on fuel. The drive was paid Tk37 lakh in salary.”The director general said the ACC will investigate how this appropriation occurred will take due action.
