Companies felt a greater need to center on developing talent and facilitating employees for a smooth transition to remote work. This usually means normalizing hybrid or remote work while embracing flexible and agile models to a reasonable degree of effectiveness. Asynchronous working models and communication promise to transform the office and, ultimately, organizational priorities as executives rethink the post-Covid-19 business world. Remote work has already unveiled a threat landscape that depends on the way we work.
