Rethinking The Agile MindsetThe Agile community (including me) has insisted for some years that the success of an Agile enterprise depends on having an Agile mindset. Once Agile principles are formulated, we can then argue about what the Agile principles actually are and whether they are correctly formulated. Rethinking Agile in the Public SectorMost of the writing about Agile has been about Agile management in the private sector. There are many forms of fake Agile, including “Copy and Paste Agile”, “Big Bang Agile”, “Agile that doesn’t make money”, and “Agile as a cult” (where even the term “manager” is banned).
