Former NA speake­r says not even an ounce of corrup­tion could be proved agains­t Nawaz Sharif­LAHORE. : PML-N leader Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, while welcoming Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s invitation for consultations, has said that the foreign minister should deliver whatever briefing is necessary on the floor of the National Assembly. Ayaz, in his message to Shah Mahmood, also said that the joint opposition had decided that the PTI government needed to give the house its due respect and importance in order to earn the support of its members. He reminded Qureshi that, in the past, the prime minister had even missed an event as important as the Kashmir Conference. He said that the opposition would not accept Imran Khan’s dichotomy of cursing and calling for consultation at the same time, adding that the prime minister would need to prove through consistent actions that he respected and honoured the august parliament and all its members.
