Locals set camps to protest Viet Phap Steel Factory for causing pollution. People said the factory recently added a 10pm to 4am daily work shift, so the noise was unceasing now. This is not the first time that locals have protested against the pollution caused by Viet Phap Steel Factory, which is located in the central province’s Thuong Tin Industrial Zone. Initially, local authorities had asked the factory to reduce its production capacity and put in place measures to reduce pollution.
