(File photograph)The Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter was called three times to Golden Bay on Saturday, flying all three patients to Nelson Hospital. Pilot Euan Stratford said the first call-out at 5am was to Tākaka in response to a medical event, followed at 3.30pm by another medical call-out to Tākaka. The final flight for the day was also to the Bay, to Turimawiwi, where a person suffered back injuries after an ATV rolled over, he said.
