Memorabilia from the glory days of Michael Jordan continue to be prized, and a pair of Air Jordan 13s that he wore in the 1998 NBA Finals may be the most sought-after item of all. According to a report, the shoes could fetch an unprecedented price, ranging anywhere from $2 to $4 million, in a Sotheby’s auction. The Last DanceJordan wore the sneakers in Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz, where he scored 37 points to help the Chicago Bulls even the series up with a 93-88 victory. Jordan then signed the pair and gave them to a ball boy who was working in the visiting team’s locker room. The pair holds special significance since it was worn during Jordan’s final season with the Bulls, covered by the popular documentary “The Last Dance.”
