The Trump Organization did not immediately respond to Forbes' request for comment. As part of the scheme, Weisselberg allegedly claimed he wasn't a New York City resident to avoid paying the city’s income tax for several years. Both Weisselberg and the Trump Organization pleaded not guilty in court.
