Professor James Repetti ’80 is a newly elected member of the American College of Tax Counsel (ACTC). The association of 700 highly regarded tax attorneys across the country is responsible for providing guidance and development in tax law. Repetti also co-founded the Boston College Law School Tax Policy Workshop. Repetti has contributed important scholarly works to the tax law profession as well. In his career, he has authored and/or co-authored more than twenty books, published articles in the NYU Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, and written for many other academic and professional journals.
