Rep. Jeff Van Drew, a New Jersey Democrat opposed to impeaching President Trump, plans to switch to the Republican Party, according to several people familiar with his thinking. Mr. Van Drew is one of two Democratic lawmakers who opposed an impeachment investigation into Mr. Trump. He represents a district that the president won in 2016.
