"I've got articles of impeachment ready to go, privileged resolution. This would be procedurally similar to what happened with the privileged resolution by Rep. Boebert, R-Colo., to impeach Biden in June of last year. In the case the motion to table or refer were to fail, the House would then vote on a privileged resolution to impeach Biden immediately. It does not appear likely at this time that the votes are there to impeach Biden.
