WASHINGTON—Rep. Justin Amash, a Republican-turned-independent and vocal critic of President Trump, said Saturday he will not run for president as a third-party candidate. The announcement came less than one month after Mr. Amash, a fifth-term congressman from Michigan, formed a presidential exploratory committee to run for the Libertarian Party’s nomination.
