The estranged wife of renowned property developer John Darby has failed in a court bid to show her husband owns seven million-dollar properties in one of New Zealand's most exclusive subdivisions. Kristin Darby, who was married to Darby for more than 20 years, registered claims on the seven properties after the relationship ended.
