Ken Okoth (), who died on July 26, 2019 after a battle with colorectal cancer, was serving his second term as Member of Parliament for Kibra constituency. But it was Ruaraka MP, Tom Kajwang, who left the congregation in stitches when he asked the Kibra MP, Imran Okoth, to take good care of Kimilili MP, Didmus Barasa's, signature hat.
