Remains of PKNS staff killed in Turkey to arrive home on Saturday


SHAH ALAM: The remains of Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) personnel Azalan Miswan, 50, who was killed in a an accident in Turkey on Wednesday is expected to arrive home on Saturday. In addition to Azlan, four other Malaysians who were seriously injured in the accident were receiving treatment at Hospital Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. On Thursday, PKNS Chief Operating Officer, Norita Mohd Sidek said accident took place after one of tyres of the bus burst. The accident which took place in Afyonkarahisar saw 10 other Malaysians injured, including the four who were seriously hurt. There were 35 Malaysian passengers on board a tour bus when the accident occurred en route from Pamukkale to Cappadocia, Turkey.
