Professor Anthony Afful-Broni, to reinstate only three lecturers was "half-baked' as it was gainst the spirit of the decision to reinstate all the about 30 sacked staff. DisagreementsMr Afenyo-Markin said the Vice Chancellor had listened to good counsel by reinstating the thrree sacked lecturers. All matters that go to the Governing Council emanate from the Vice Chancellor. So he initiates the move and it gets to the Governing Council.
