Daniel Ghoukassian, 32, has been charged with one count of sexual assault in connection with an Oct. 19 incident, police said. On Oct 19, a woman alleges she was approached from behind and groped, while she was walking in the area near Main Street and East 41st Avenue, police said Friday in a statement. Police said the same thing happened to another woman Oct. 16, three days earlier, in the same area. So far, only charges relating to the Oct. 19 incident have been laid, police said. Ghoukassian was the suspect in three violent sexual attacks on a stranger in the Oakridge area in 2014, police said.
