Regina fire crews have been battling a house fire on Angus Street, in Regina's North Central area. Flames were reported from the home, a vacant building on the 1000 block of the street, and five fire crews were dispatched to douse the flames shortly after 2:30 p.m. CST. "The second floor was fully involved in fire," Deputy Fire Chief Layne Jackson said. He said it took about 20 minutes to get the flames under control. Jackson said dispatching five trucks to the scene is their full response to an active fire in a building.
