Down 4-0 after 40 minutes, the Regina Pats staged their latest third-period rally on Saturday night but came up just a little bit short, dropping a 5-4 decision to the Tri-City Americans before 3,530 fans at Toyota Center in Kennewick, Wash. With the loss, Regina missed a chance to pull even with Tri-City for 18th place in the WHL’s overall standings.
