Redmi Note 3 which was launched in India in March this year has managed to stay in the news everytime, both for its performance and for its number game. While Xiaomi in May had claimed that it has sold 6 lakh units of the Redmi Note 3 so far, it is the IDC report this time that confirms Redmi Note 3 to be the highest shipped smartphone in India. Launched in March this year for Rs 9,999 (2GB RAM, 16GB ROM), Redmi Note 3 was the first smartphone in India to launch with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor.
