Lancashire Cricket Men’s fixtures have been announced for the Rothesay County Championship, with the Red Rose set to kick off the season away to Middlesex at Lord’s on Friday, April 4. The first block of the new One-Day Cup women’s competition will be played in April and May before returning in July, while the men’s competition group stage will be held in August. Lancashire Women start the women’s One-Day Cup away to The Blaze at Trent Bridge on Wednesday, April 23 and will play their first home match a week later when they host Hampshire in Southport. The Red Rose Women will conclude their regular fixtures away to Hampshire at Arundel on Saturday, September 13, with the Utilita Bowl to host the first Metro Bank One-Day Cup Women’s Final on Sunday, September 21. Lancashire Men have been drawn in Group B of the men’s One-Day Cup, alongside Kent Spitfires, Yorkshire, Somerset, Durham, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire Steelbacks, Middlesex and Sussex Sharks.
