THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on Tuesday is now looking into filing legal action against the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) for its failure to settle its almost P1 billion debt to the humanitarian organization. PRC Chairman and Sen. Richard Gordon said that PhilHealth was still not communicating with the organization after it failed to pay up on Monday.
