The public is urged to donate blood, and Buddhists are invited to join the "Make Merit by Donating Blood on Makha Bucha Week" campaign from today until Tuesday. Eligible donors must be aged 17 to 70, with first-time donors no older than 60, weigh at least 45kg and be in good health without conditions that could pose risks to recipients.
