MANILA, Philippines – Over 11,000 people have sought the assistance of Philippine Red Cross (PRC) since the eve of Election Day. ADVERTISEMENTAs of 8 a.m. of Tuesday, PRC data showed that it catered to 11,301 patients nationwide. Data also showed the PRC responding to 81 minor cases that included dizziness, abrasion, body weakness, and hyperventilation. Meanwhile, 78 asked welfare assistance from Red Cross. About 310 first aid stations were put up near voting areas, with 150 ambulances and 158 welfare desks on standby.
