The Libyan Red Crescent in Ghadames has organized a training course on disaster management and proper handling of the dead. The course opened with a visual presentation on the concept and commitment of volunteerism and of the International movement of the Red Crescent and the Red Cross with a detailed study on the concept of managing remains and how to deal with them.
